A claim amount can look like just another number on a form. For the person holding it, it can mean savings, time and a decision that has already taken too long.
We keep the first step small: tell us what you have and what you want to ask. An amount starts an offer request. If you don’t have that number yet, you can ask a question first. The details and a written offer are what help you decide.
Why Terra?
Terraform Labs has its own claim documents, terminology and recovery process. Focusing on this case lets the whole site start from the same place as a Terra claimholder.
You’ll find the familiar yellow here, along with a name that keeps “loss” in view. The references to Terra belong to that history.
Our starting point is your claim record: what was submitted, what was determined and what remains unresolved.
What goes into our guides
We explain the claim amount, the purchase price and possible estate distributions separately. Each guide links its sources and shows when it was reviewed.
Case notes distinguish what a filing says from what it could mean for a claimholder. A lawsuit’s damages figure alone doesn’t tell you what your payout will be.

We are independent of Terraform Labs, the Plan Administrator and the claims agent. Use the official claims portal for your claim record and official notices. Before signing a sale agreement, verify the legal purchaser named in it and review all terms.
