Updated 5 October 2026. This notice describes the information collected by the initial Terraloss offer and question forms.

Information you choose to send

The forms record your name, email, claim status, message, consent version and submission time. Offer requests also include a claim amount. Each saved request has a reference. The question form does not require an amount. Do not include identity documents, portal passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys.

Purpose and access

The request is stored for the site operator to review and to contact you about your claim or question. Hosting and database providers process it to run this service. Submitting a form is not consent to an unrelated marketing list.

Corrections and deletion requests

Use the contact form with the same email and include your reference and the correction or deletion request. You do not need a claim amount to contact us. Verification may be needed before a request is acted on.

Your confirmation

After the request is saved, you can download a text confirmation containing the details you submitted and its reference. The download is created in your browser. Keep the file somewhere appropriate for the personal information it contains.

Further verification

The initial forms do not collect identity documents or financial account credentials. Any later due diligence should identify the legal counterparty, required information, handling process and applicable privacy terms before you send documents.

Site technology

The forms do not install advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting access and security functions may process technical request information. Following an external source link takes you to a website with its own terms and privacy practices.
